Privacy policy

Table reservations

We process your first name and surname, e-mail, phone number, date, time, number of guests, expected duration and your note. We need them to hold your table and to contact you if anything changes (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep reservations for 12 months.

If you tick the box consenting to receive news, we will also use your e-mail for discounts and offers (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any of our e-mails.

Job applications

We process your first name and surname, contact details, the position, your message and your CV if you attach one — solely for selecting an employee (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your CV is not accessible via any web address. Applications that did not lead to employment are deleted within 6 months.

Contact form

We process your name, e-mail, phone number if given, and the content of your message so that we can reply to you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for 12 months.

Online orders

Orders of food for delivery and takeaway do not take place on this website but in a separate ordering system at menu.veverickapub.sk, which has its own terms.

Who sees your data

Our hosting and e-mail provider (Websupport, s. r. o.) and, if you consent to it, Google Analytics. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Write to us at vevericka@veverickapub.sk. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
